Having a family member diagnosed with dementia can be overwhelming, and often family and caregivers are not connected with helpful resources outside the doctor’s office. It is important to remain on a positive and proactive path, and those diagnosed and their family need support and community – and a framework for moving forward. The Discovery Group was created as a place for education and strength building, all in an uplifting group of peers and trained clinicians.

Navigate the road ahead and reframe the diagnosis with resources and a community by your side.

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

The Discovery Group is a strength-based intervention that meets weekly to learn actionable techniques regarding their diagnosis and engage in meaningful discussions on topics of interest. Clinicians guide the conversation and provide proactive tips and advice for moving forward.
