Discovery Group offers a supportive atmosphere that fosters camaraderie and reframes a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s as an opportunity to learn about the disease and form an action-oriented plan for the future. Each Discovery Group cohort includes up to eight individuals who have been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer’s or dementia, a family member and/or caregiver, and student clinicians. The size of each cohort lends itself to a safe, intimate environment for learning and sharing, lessening initial intimidation and allowing individuals to build relationships with others who understand their challenges.
Navigate the road ahead and reframe the diagnosis with resources and a community by your side.
