Benefits

“I truly loved the cognitive training and most certainly the irest portion of the weekend. However, my favorite part of the caregiver retreat was connecting with other caregivers and sharing our stories. Shared solidarity is really powerful. This retreat provided that.” - Dallas,TX retreat attendee

“The retreat provided me with a much needed weekend getaway surrounded by great women. On top of that, I learned valuable skills to improve my focus and concentration, awareness of how I spend my mental energy, and the importance of brain health. I have set new goals and stopped myself when I start to multi-task, which truly is helpful. I also appreciate the fact that we were so well taken care of, the program was really well done.”

Strengthen key cognitive functions:

HIGH PERFORMANCE COGNITIVE TRAINING
HIGH PERFORMANCE COGNITIVE TRAINING
The Center for BrainHealth’s science-based Strategic Memory Advanced Reasoning Training (SMART) strategies can enhance brain performance today and improve brain health in the future. More than a decade of clinical trials have demonstrated that the strategies taught in this workshop strengthen the brain’s frontal networks - regions that support attention, planning, judgment and emotional management.* *Specific outcomes of the training are not guaranteed. Different individuals may use the tools in different ways. Maximum brain change results from the completion of all steps in the SMART program and continual adoption of brain strategies.
OPTIMIZE HEART-BRAIN CONNECTION
OPTIMIZE HEART-BRAIN CONNECTION
The Heart-Rate Variability (HRV) training program teaches evidence-based techniques that help bring bodily systems into balance. Learn to manage your physiology in the moment to help navigate challenging situations, optimize performance, increase resilience capacity, and to flourish.
RESTORE MIND-BODY BALANCE
RESTORE MIND-BODY BALANCE
iRest is an evidence-based, mind-body approach that is the result of thirty years of observation, research, and hands-on development by Dr. Richard Miller and associates. Its practice is integrative as it heals the various unresolved issues and traumas that are present in your body and mind, and restorative as it enables you to recognize your innate peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.
